papasan翻訳Bot 利用規約

Tproject（以下「当方」）が運用するライブ配信翻訳ツール「papasan翻訳Bot」（以下「本ツール」）の利用条件を定めます。 / English version below.

1. 本ツールについて

本ツールは、ライブ配信者の話し声を文字にして英語に翻訳し、その配信のライブチャットに投稿するツールです。詳しくは紹介ページをご覧ください。

2. YouTube 利用規約への同意

本ツールは YouTube API サービスを使用しています。本ツールを利用する配信者は、YouTube 利用規約に同意し、これに従うものとします。YouTube（Google）によるデータの取り扱いについては Google プライバシー ポリシーをご確認ください。

3. 利用できる方

本ツールは、当方と利用の合意をした配信者（個人・事業者・団体）が、ご自身が権利を持つ配信チャンネルで使う場合に限り利用できます。他人のチャンネルや配信に対して使うことはできません。

4. 翻訳の正確さ

翻訳は機械による自動翻訳です。聞き間違い・訳し間違いが含まれることがあり、当方はその正確さを保証しません。重要な情報（安全・料金・時間など）は、配信者ご自身でもご確認ください。

配信者は、いつでも本ツールの利用をやめ、Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定から本ツールへの許可を取り消せます。当方は、禁止事項に当たる場合や YouTube の求めがある場合、本ツールの提供を停止することがあります。

7. 情報の取り扱い

本ツールが取得する情報と、その保存・削除の方法は、プライバシーポリシー（第3章）に定めます。

8. 免責

本ツールの停止、YouTube 側の仕様変更、通信障害、翻訳の誤りなどによって生じた損害について、当方は故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。

9. 規約の変更・お問い合わせ

本規約は必要に応じて改定し、このページでお知らせします。お問い合わせは info@tproject-jp.com まで。

Terms of Service — papasan翻訳Bot (English)

  1. The Tool. papasan翻訳Bot (the "Tool"), operated by Tproject, transcribes a live streamer's own spoken Japanese, translates it into English, and posts the translation to that stream's live chat.
  2. YouTube Terms of Service. The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
  3. Eligibility. The Tool may only be used by streamers who have an agreement with Tproject, and only on channels they own or are authorized to manage.
  4. Accuracy. Translations are machine-generated and may contain errors. Tproject does not guarantee their accuracy.
  5. Prohibited use. Using the Tool in streams that violate the YouTube Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or applicable law; spamming or disrupting chat; reverse engineering the Tool.
  6. Termination. You may stop using the Tool at any time and revoke its access via Google Account security settings. Tproject may suspend the Tool for prohibited use or at YouTube's request.
  7. Data. How the Tool accesses, uses, stores and deletes data is described in our Privacy Policy (Section 3).
  8. Disclaimer. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, Tproject is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions, changes to YouTube, network failures or translation errors.
